Welcome to pickt ("we", "us", "our"). pickt is a social party game published by Pick SAS ("the Publisher"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use pickt.
pickt is rated 12+ on the App Store. You must be at least 13 years old to use pickt (16+ in the EU under GDPR national transpositions). Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Your account is device-bound via Firebase Anonymous Auth. Uninstalling and reinstalling pickt creates a new account; your crew memberships, coin balance, and history do not transfer. Keep your device protected — whoever holds the device holds the account.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend or delete accounts, and ban devices that violate these rules. We may act with or without notice and are not required to provide specific reasons.
Picks made inside pickt are surfaced through a hint-based reveal mechanism gated by gameplay state and coin balance. Prompts in the game are publisher-curated, positive-leaning by editorial design (compliments and feel-good superlatives), and contain no harassment, profanity, or sexual content.
pickt coins (💎) have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable. We may adjust the coin economy at any time, including retroactively correcting exploitative balances. Coins purchased in future versions of the app (not in V1) will be subject to App Store / Google Play refund policies.
You retain ownership of your profile picture and pseudonym, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, cache, and distribute them inside the app for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes them from our servers within 30 days.
pickt is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of bugs, or perfect moderation. You use pickt at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (zero, if you never made a purchase). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of social standing from reveals obtained on the app.
We may update these Terms. Substantial changes will be communicated via the app or push notification. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using pickt at any time and delete your account from the Profile → Delete my account menu. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
